Valparaíso

Valparaiso is a harbour city situated in the south west coast of South America at 120 kms to the north west of Santiago de Chile.

It is considered to be a hidden piece of jewell in Latin America. Valparaiso is an interesting city   full of history and nostalgia, a city which has not yet been founded
The city is a natural bay surrounded by a mountain range and seaside resort over the Pacific.

Its inhabitants built the city by setting down in its hills with colourful houses mixing different styles of architecture, big mansions next to precarious houses made of wood
This surprising city is full of little paths and streets in vertical and  the Pacific can be seen from every window showing the harbour with its boats
The city was discovered by the captain Don Juan de Saavedra in 1536 who arrived in Santiaguillo caravel. Valparaiso was once a village but became more and more important throughout the years
Valparaiso is actually believed to be one of the main harbour in the Pacific and a growing economic center
